About Jacqueline Stone

With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, Jacqueline Stone brings a rare combination of appraisal expertise, brokerage leadership, and deep market knowledge to every transaction.

Jacqueline’s foundation in real estate began early, growing up alongside her mother, a real estate broker and appraiser of more than 40 years, and working within her family’s land surveying business. This unique background gives her an uncommon understanding of land, value, and the nuances that drive real estate decisions.

After graduating from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics, Jacqueline began her career pursuing certification as a real estate appraiser in 2004. By 2007, she was working independently as an appraiser, and soon after expanded into sales, earning her real estate license in 2008. In 2017, she became a licensed real estate broker.

Today, Jacqueline works alongside her mother, offering clients a combined depth of experience that spans residential, land, and commercial real estate. Her appraisal background provides a distinct advantage—allowing her to approach pricing, negotiations, and market positioning with precision and confidence.

Known for her honesty, integrity, and thoughtful guidance, Jacqueline is committed to helping clients achieve the strongest possible outcomes, whether buying or selling.

A native Houstonian, Jacqueline lives in Houston with her husband and their three children.
